Reporting directly to the COO, the CAO will drive operational discipline across billing support functions, ensure healthcare compliance, and turn business objectives into scalable infrastructure and measurable outcomes. It's a hands-on leadership seat for someone who thrives on turning chaos into process.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Cycle Operations & ComplianceOversee administrative operations supporting revenue cycle management, including credentialing, onboarding, compliance, IT systems, and internal workflowsMaintain processes across billing, collections, and IDR support functions to ensure consistency, speed, and accuracyImplement performance tracking across teams, including KPIs for claim submission timelines, collection rates, denial resolution, and IDR outcomesEnsure full compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and No Surprises Act requirementsEstablish internal audit and quality assurance programs to maintain billing accuracy and compliance standardsStrategic Partnership & Vendor ManagementPartner with the COO to drive capacity planning, staffing models, and resource allocation based on client volume and growth projectionsOversee vendor relationships including clearinghouses, billing platforms, and third-party service providersLead system optimization initiatives across practice management systems, reporting tools, and workflow automationFinancial Oversight & Team BuildingSupport financial oversight by managing administrative budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency initiativesDrive onboarding and implementation processes for new clients, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to revenue flowBuild and mentor administrative and operational teams, creating a high accountability, performance-driven cultureInterested?
