About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Total Rewards and HR Operations to lead its global function in this critical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that is in line with business priorities, talent objectives, and value-creation goals. This role involves advising executive leadership on all aspects of compensation, benefits, and workforce performance, and ensuring that the company's Total Rewards programs are effective in supporting employee performance and business objectives. The VP will also lead the transformation and integration of programs across the organization, particularly in the context of significant growth and change. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in Total Rewards, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within a large, complex organization. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformational environments, and experience in global Total Rewards functions. Key responsibilities include leading annual compensation planning, designing and administering various incentive programs, and establishing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in executive compensation, and a deep knowledge of U.S. regulations, and be adept at leading enterprise-wide change management and HR technology implementations. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational execution, financial discipline, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing global team.
