Front Desk Supervisor

Through 70+ programs , we support over 35,000 adults and children each year , including individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, youth aging out of foster care, veterans, seniors, and children with developmental delays.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor coordinates the operation of the program during the assigned shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED plus one year relevant experience working in a similar capacity in a social services setting.
• CPR/First Aid
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.

Certifications that are required within 90 days of hire - VOA will cover the cost:

• • Narcan
  • Fire & Emergency Drill Conductor (F-07)

Candidates with related experience with domestic violence preferred.

Front Desk Supervisor Principal Responsibilities:

1. Directs all front desk staff activities to ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
2. Ensure proper documentation of front desk activities.
3. Provide emergency assistance to residents as needed and supervise incident management system.
4. Monitor building safety.
5. Conduct rounds at residence as assigned.
