Bus Person – Full Time

Dougherty's Steakhouse

We are seeking an experienced and professional Bus Person to join our team at our upscale steakhouse. This is a full-time position where weekends and holidays are required , and flexibility is essential as schedules are subject to change.

Compensation: $6.05/hour + tips

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting guests in a warm, professional manner
Providing water and bread service promptly
Clearing dishes from tables efficiently and courteously
Maintaining cleanliness of tables, dining room, and surrounding areas
Resetting tables quickly and neatly for new guests
Wrapping leftover food for guests to take home
Safely lifting and handling large "football" trays with bused dishes

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant environment
Fluent English required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
