Job Summary

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Obtains supplies and equipment for each bar and places liquors, fruits, glasses, linen or silverware in their respective places. Slices and pits fruit and fills ice bins with cubed or crushed ice from the ice machine in the kitchen area. Washes and dries beverage glasses for the bartender and carries away all the debris accumulated at the bar. Replaces empty tap beer kegs as needed and may pour tap beer under the supervision of the bartender. Wipes counter areas and empties and wipes ash trays guests may be using. Assists bartenders in setting up service bars as portable bars for catering parties. Maintains all aspects of the A.B.C. Beverage Control System, including daily mechanical maintenance. Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines and as outlined in PRIDE certification.

What You Will Need

Open. Must be neat in appearance. Experience as bus person preferred.
