IT Service Desk Specialist II Secret Clearance

Lawelawe Defense Inc is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist Level II to provide frontline IT support for end users in a DoD environment. You will handle hardware, software, and system issues via phone, email, and chat, triage tickets, and escalate complex problems to Tier III as needed.
