About the role: \n
\n

\n
• 42 bed hospital -  no ICU in hospital, does general surgery
\n
• no call  4.5 day work weeks - primary care / family medicine / internal medicine – outpatient, some inpatient rounding if you want 
\n
• outpatient - 10 patients a day, then build up to 20 a day
\n
• 1 NP, 1 PA, 3 MDs team  
\n
• 175-225k yr salary, PTO, benefites etc
\n

Ideal candidate: Likes the outdoors and small town living, wants a small town for kids, likes small town healthcare, and has some recent inpatient experience\n

\n                                    -someone who wants to live and be apart of the community long term  \n
\n
