ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience and developing a passion for helping customers and building strong teams.

I earned my degree from University of Houston and am married, my husband is also part of the agency team. Outside of work, I’m a passionate advocate for animals and regularly foster and rescue pets. We even have an office dog, Luna, who helps make the office a fun and welcoming place to work.

Giving back to the community is very important to me. As a YMCA board member, I help support fundraising efforts for local children, including back-to-school backpack and school supply drives. I’m also actively involved with animal rescue organizations and enjoy supporting causes that make a difference in the lives of both people and animals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brittaney Allen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
