Salesforce Platform Administrator IIRemote (TN based candidates preferred)Long-term, ongoing contractCompensation: $60 - $70 per hourAbout The RoleOur client is seeking a Salesforce Platform Administrator II to provide advanced system administration and platform support across a large, enterprise Salesforce environment. This ongoing, long-term contract role is responsible for user setup and security, platform administration, and implementing small to medium-sized enhancements across multiple Salesforce orgs, including Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The Administrator II ensures all configuration and platform activities align with established governance processes, security standards, and best practices. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, vendor teams, and internal Salesforce owners to maintain stable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Experience supporting enterprise, multi-org Salesforce environments is preferred.What You'll DoProvide daily Salesforce administrative support, including user provisioning, profile and permission management, and security configurationImplement small to medium-sized enhancements such as page layouts, Flows, process automation, and minor data model updatesMonitor and maintain data quality through duplicate prevention, validation rules, and data hygiene activitiesSupport functionality across Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales CloudTroubleshoot user issues and escalate complex technical concerns as neededPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configuration solutionsAssist with release management, including sandbox preparation, testing coordination, and deployment supportEnsure compliance with platform security, governance, documentation, and audit requirementsCollaborate with vendor partners and internal Salesforce teams to maintain consistency across multiple orgsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards based on business needsStay current on Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvementsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of three years of professional Salesforce Administration experienceSalesforce Certified Administrator requiredSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Administrator II) certification required or must be obtained within established timeframeStrong understanding of Salesforce administration, including user management, security, object configuration, Flows, and automationExperience with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales CloudAbility to manage multiple priorities in a multi-org Salesforce environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and iterative deliveryKnowledge of Salesforce reporting and data management best practicesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teamsExperience supporting enterprise or multi-org Salesforce environments preferredDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
