Business Development Manager- Morristown/Greeneville Area

 


We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our Morristown and Greeneville Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and helping grow our presence in the community. This position requires someone who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for excellent communication skills, strong organization and time management abilities, and a professional, goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote our service
• Collaborate with recruiters and office staff to ensure client staffing needs are met
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Track sales activity, client interactions, and follow-ups
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements
• Research local market trends and competitor activity
• Attend networking events and community functions when needed
• Travel to client locations and meetings as required
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support

Qualifications

• Previous sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships
• Goal-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
• Must have a valid driver’ s license and reliable transportation due to required travel
