Advanced Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Pasco, WA! Key Details: Pay: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience Benefits: Employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays; PTO; 401k with matching; metric bonus potential and more! Location: In-office at 9720 Sandifur Pkwy, Pasco, WA 99301 Schedule: Monday-Friday schedule, up to 40 hours per week, with variable start and end times. Schedule Details: Monday-Wednesday: Shifts start as early as 7:30am Thursday: Shifts start as early as 5:00am Friday: Shifts start as early as 6:45am End times vary based on start time, but most shifts wrap up by 5:00pm. Other qualifications include: Experience in dental and/or ortho front office roles Bilingual in Spanish/English Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with dental and/or insurance and billing processes Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to pass a pre-employment background and professional references check What You'll Do: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and families, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience from check in to check out. A typical day will consist of: Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar Verifying and updating insurance information Reviewing and managing financial agreements and patient accounts Posting charges and payments accurately Assisting with treatment planning and recall coordination Communicating with patients, parents, and insurance providers Handle patient billing and accounts receivable, including reviewing account balances, discussing financial information with patients, and processing payments and insurance accurately.
