Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program.
Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
Current CPR/BLS certification required.
Current, valid drivers license required. Mileage is reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
Experience working in Home Health or community-based care preferred.
Ability to follow plan of care and provide evidence-based treatments within the PTA scope of practice.
Must meet client requirement for background screening and other onboarding checks as applicable.

Shift name: Evenings.
Shift details: Evenings 2000-0400.
Coverage area: Atlantic County service area.
Weekly hours: 40 hours per week guarantee.
On-call/weekend requirement: No weekend or on-call requirement.
Candidate must be able to travel within assigned coverage area and complete home visits. Floating to other nearby service locations within the same coverage area may be required.
