Very busy chiropractic office in search of a front desk receptionist who will be kind, friendly, motivated, detail oriented, able to multitask and who will show up for their shifts!
This is a part-time afternoon position but applicants should be flexible as this is a small office and everyone needs a shift off on occasion. The basic hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 1:30 through 6:00 and Wednesday 2:30 through 7:00.
The job requires you to be able to answer phones, check patients in/out, collect fees, put patients into the respective rooms, assist the chiropractor with exams, take blood pressure, filing, data entry, insurance verification, and various other tasks to maintain the flow of the front desk.
We do require smiling and getting to know our patients who (many) have been with our office for over 40 years. We are a referral based office so when a patient is happy, they tend to refer their friends and family which keeps the office open. The front desk receptionist is a big part of the keeping our patients happy.
