We are seeking a Superintendent with proven experience leading groundup hotel construction projects. This role oversees all field operations, ensures schedule and quality performance, and maintains a strong safety culture on site. The ideal candidate has delivered selectservice or fullservice hotel projects from start to finish and thrives in a fastpaced, detaildriven environment.


Your new role

• Lead daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site logistics for all phases of construction
• Coordinate inspections, quality control, and compliance with plans and specifications
• Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve delays or conflicts
• Enforce job site safety and ensure adherence to OSHA and company standards
• Communicate with project managers, owners, and design teams
• Oversee groundup hotel construction including foundations, framing, MEP coordination, and finishes
• Maintain daily reports, documentation, and progress tracking
• Lead site meetings with subcontractors and internal teams

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with groundup hotel projects
• Proven background with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or similar hospitality brands
• Strong understanding of podium, woodframe, or concrete hotel construction
• Ability to manage schedule, manpower, inspections, and site logistics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
