Due to the continued growth of our practice, we are expanding our team. Position Overview Are you burned out by 20+ patient-a-day schedules and endless documentation at night? We are seeking a driven clinician with a growth mindset who wants 60-minute, 1-on-1 patient sessions and direct clinical mentorship. This role is designed for an extraordinary clinician who isn't looking to just clock in, clock out, and coast. We want a teammate who is passionate about delivering premium care, wants to master advanced manual techniques, program clients past baseline rehab into peak performance, and scale long-term with an elite team. Key Responsibilities 1-on 1 Patient Care: Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver evidence-based, whole-body treatment plans tailored to sports and orthopedic populations. Clinical Execution: Utilize advanced manual therapy, functional strength training, and performance progressions. Patient Education: Educate and empower clients on proactive health strategies, structural resiliency, and the true value of long-term injury prevention. Client Retention & Continuity: Guide clients from acute rehab into long-term performance and continuity care. Community Engagement: Connect and collaborate with local gyms, fitness studios, and athletic coaches to build professional relationships and represent the brand. Operations: Maintain clean, efficient documentation using modern AI-assisted EMR systems. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited institution. Licensure: Active, unrestricted Texas PT license. Experience: 1–3 years+ of experience in an orthopedic or sports medicine setting (new graduates considered). Clinical Skills: Strong background in orthopedics/sports focused therapy and post-operative rehab. Preferred Certifications: Functional Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR), CSCS, or SFMA preferred.
