Location: Gainesville, FL Setting: Home Health Pay Range: $2300-2500/weekly Schedule: 8-Hour Days (on-call as needed) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a PT
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain Florida or compact licensure

Responsibilities:

• One specific to the position that includes the [PROFESSION - ACRONYM] (such as RN)
• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
