Accounting Administrator– $14 -$16 /Hr - M-F 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Available to work overtimeDuties: Must be organized, have excellent communication skills written and verbal. Must possess attention to detail and accuracy. Strong knowledge of Excel and Windows Office. Ability to work under pressure and handle a variety of activities. Bilingual - Assist with normal office duties - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Work with contractors and subcontractors - Work on contracts, bids, and proposals - Submits taxes (payroll, state (monthly and quarterly) - Prepare payroll and certified payroll - Worker's compensation submission quarterly - Reconciles Bank Statement (monthly)
