Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months is mandatory. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Tests for ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Travelers may work a minimum of 16-week contracts, with options for longer. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical/Surgical Telemetry position. This is a night shift position requiring three 12-hour shifts. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry. A current Ohio or compact state nursing license is required. Active BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary for submission. Recent Epic charting experience is essential. References must be provided from management-level professionals in the specialty being applied for. Travelers should be available to work holidays as required. Additional assessments during orientation will include ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate. An acceptable score is mandatory for both assessments.
