Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Experience & Qualifications Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting Proficiency with dental practice management software Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Compensation & Benefits Daily rate plus 35% of adjusted production (Quarterly bonus) Competitive compensation package Supportive, growth-focused clinical environment Access to strong administrative and operational support Join Us!
