Event Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Opportunity) - Fulton, MD

This opportunity will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as Impact Event Marketing continues to scale, grow, and sustainably support the position. Responsibilities Manage inventory ordering, tracking, and verification receipt. Communicate upcoming shipments to various onsite stakeholders. Help analyze post-event insights to improve future event planning and efficiency. Help maintain accurate event calendars and timelines across all markets, highlighting concerns about staffing levels and other concerns that may arise in the planning of an event. Assist with reviewing and organizing vendor contracts and agreements. Maintain organized records of executed contracts, vendor communications, and event-related files. Assist the Events Leadership with preparation for trainings and meetings, ensuring appropriate materials are compiled and organized, take meeting notes, assign action items and tasks to various team members. Support the Events Operations Manager by ensuring budget compliance and monitoring expenses. Help ensure all event details are shared promptly with key stakeholders, including Regional and Event Marketing Managers. Perform other duties as assigned to support the event marketing team. Minimum Requirements Proficient with Microsoft Suite High School Diploma or equivalent Desired Skills Exemplary writing ability: solid grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills required. Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy. Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
