What This Role Really Is You're the one keeping everything together when everything is falling apart.

• You'll coordinate jobs for people dealing with real property damage
• You'll work alongside Project Managers to keep jobs moving forward
• You'll deal with insurance friction, documentation, and constant moving pieces
• You'll stay organized under pressure and not miss details

This role matters. If you drop the ball, the job stalls. If you're on it, everything runs.

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, crews, and internal teams
• Track and update job progress daily (no gaps, no guessing)
• Build and support estimates using industry software
• Review photos, docs, and job files for accuracy and completeness
• Keep Project Managers dialed in with clean, current files
• Manage multiple active jobs at once without losing control
• Jump in wherever needed to keep jobs moving

Experience:

• 1+ year in admin, office, or customer service preferred
• High school diploma or GED

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
