Sr. Health Actuary Consultant

Client-facing Health Actuarial ConsultantSenior health actuarial consulting role in Boston, focused on employer health benefits strategy, pricing, plan design, financial projections, and renewals. You will lead client engagements, act as a primary financial contact, review complex analyses, and guide junior staff. The hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and offers a base salary of $93,500-$145,000.RequirementsMust have:BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, economics, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in an actuarial fieldHealth and benefits consulting experienceAt least 3 days per week in the office (hybrid)Strongly preferred:Proven progress toward ASA designationClient-facing experienceStrong analytical skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Nice to have:Strong programming skills in R and Python for data manipulation, actuarial/financial modeling, and automationASA credentialTools: Excel PowerPoint Domain: Health and benefits consulting experience, client-facing experience
