COMPENSATION:  $30.27 – $40.86 / hour  (minimum to midpoint pay rate)
COMPENSATION (UP TO):  Earn up to $55/hr (Critical Care)  / up to $50/hr (non-critical care)  (based on years of RN experience)
INCENTIVES:  $12,000 – $15,000+  relocation package

Are you a passionate RN ready to make a difference? We’re seeking dedicated nurses to join our team in sunny Fort Myers & Cape Coral, FL . This role is responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Performs responsibilities across five areas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking, management, problem solving and differentiation of urgency in the role of: clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership and professional development. Directs and coordinates nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards (ANA), in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. Incorporates age and cultural diversity into care, and contributes to quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement.

• Department:  Ortho Spine (Ortho/Spine PCU)
• Work Type:  Full Time
• Shift:  Days — 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM  (12-hour shift)
• Location:  Fort Myers, FL (on-site; Cape Coral also available)

• Relocation Package:  $12,000 – $15,000+
  • $7,000  relocation paid on 1st check (non-critical care)
  • $10,000  relocation paid on 1st check (critical care)
  • $5,400  for expenses ( $1,800/mo x 3 months; paid on the first paycheck of each month )

• Earn up to $55/hour  (Critical Care) / up to $50/hour  (non-critical care) (based on years of experience as RN)

• Education:  Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience:  RN with 1+ year  of current experience required
  • Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment
  • Experience requirements may vary by department (see Nursing Addendums)
• Certifications:  AHA Healthcare Provider BLS  (current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
• License:  Currently licensed in the State of Florida
• Other:  Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required
