We’re currently expanding our sales team and are actively looking for a dynamic and motivated  B2B Outside Field Sales Trainer to grow with us!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven B2B Field Sales Trainer who thrives on helping others win in sales. This is a hands-on, in-the-field position, not a desk job. This role will lead from the front by coaching, training, and closing deals alongside our sales team as they connect with local business owners to deliver cutting-edge internet upgrades. Represent the nation's #1 Fiber Optic Internet Provider while developing top-performing sales professionals and driving real impact in your community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams to exceed goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners across your local market.
• Demonstrate consultative selling to identify cost-reduction and risk-control opportunities.
• Develop sales talent through shadowing, feedback, and live coaching.
• Drive consistent daily activity and accountability to achieve results.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales (Telecommunications experience preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to connect and earn trust
• A love for the thrill of the close and helping others do the same
• Solid comfortability with CRM / Technology
• Field Training Experience with team of 5+ in B2B - Preferred
• Self-driven, coachability, and a team-first mentality
