Role Description The Video Production Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content for digital marketing campaigns, including ads, social media, and website assets. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing teams to develop visual concepts, setting up and managing lighting and audio, capturing high-quality footage, and performing post-production tasks such as cutting, color correction, basic motion graphics, and sound design. The specialist will organize multimedia assets, maintain equipment, and ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This role also involves participating in creative brainstorming, meeting project deadlines, and optimizing video formats for various platforms. Qualifications Strong video production skills, including Video Production and Multimedia creation for digital marketing environments. Hands-on experience Shooting Video with professional or prosumer cameras and managing on-set workflows. Proficiency in Post-Production, including editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics. Practical knowledge of Lighting techniques for studio and on-location shoots, including setting up and adjusting lighting equipment. Ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visual stories and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices for video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization.
