The Role: Area General Manager – Leader of Vision, Culture & Performance

As our Area General Manager, you are the strategic force behind two exceptional Marriott-branded hotels. Your leadership shapes culture, inspires teams, drives financial performance, elevates guest experiences, and creates an environment where curators thrive and guests return.

From guiding daily operations to executing long-term strategic initiatives, you create alignment, drive results, and elevate the performance, culture, and guest experience across the campus.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the campus which encompasses both hotels.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Lead and develop department leaders across all operational disciplines.
• Champion guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, clients, and community stakeholders.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• General Manager or multi-property leadership experience.
• Strong financial and operational expertise.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Marriott and lifestyle hotel experience preferred.
