Wholesale - Coordinator - Sales Ops (Traditional)

Role Overview The Sales Operations Coordinator acts as liaison between the Traditional Channel sales team and all internal departments. The coordinator facilitates communication for 450 sales consultants, supports daily sales team requests, and ensures efficient field operations. Major Duties and Responsibilities Manage incoming/outgoing emails for about 70 sales team members with a 24‑48 hour turnaround. Support incoming phone calls from traveling sales consultants requiring immediate assistance. Coordinate processing of requests including sales reports, tracker, UPC codes, pictures, and miscellaneous items. Partner with commercial teams to resolve customer billing, PO, and shipping issues. Liaise with credit department to address credit‑related customer issues. Assist with questions and issues related to the order entry app One Sales Suite. Receive and enter all personal and free frame prescription orders. Generate special RA requests based on manager needs. Join weekly sales team conference calls to address consistent issues. Provide Minimum EDI/IDOC support and manual order management. Approve new brand introductions and enforce distribution guidelines. Manage portfolio and coordinate with supply chain, customer maintenance, distribution, discount & commissions, inventory planning, and BI reporting. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 1+ year related work experience. Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and multitask with limited supervision while collaborating in a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Initiative and innovative thinking. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of internal leadership and staff. High response priority. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced SAP skills. Experience in retail or buying. Microsoft Access experience. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $24.05 – $36.41 per hour.
