Production Supervisor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established organization in the Winchester, VA area. This position will provide day-to-day leadership within a production environment and help ensure safety, quality, productivity, and operational goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, production, heavy industrial, or a related operational environment and will be comfortable working in a hands-on setting. Responsibilities: Provide daily leadership and direction to production employees Support safety, quality, productivity, and operational objectives Coach, train, and develop team members Monitor production workflow and help address operational issues Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other operational teams Ensure established policies, procedures, and safety practices are followed Qualifications: Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a production, manufacturing, industrial, or related environment Experience within heavy manufacturing, aggregates, mining, construction materials, or a similar environment is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a hands-on operational environment High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000–$95,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
