Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism, delivering exceptional customer service to assist members with their enrollment options. 

• Accurately input and manage member data, ensuring all information is precise and up-to-date. 

• Perform administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth operational workflows. 

• Utilize basic math skills to verify and process enrollment information accurately. 

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and enhance the overall customer experience. 

Qualifications: 

• At least one year of customer service experience in a call center or similar role. 

• Proven proficiency in English; a language assessment will be conducted after application. 

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. 

• Dependable availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am – 7 pm), with occasional overtime including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Details: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour
