Responsibilities Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux environment. Manage Windows Server fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication. Provide advanced L2/L3 support on tickets and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users. Administer and optimize virtualization platforms. Perform SharePoint administration: create and manage sites, manage sharing settings, groups, and site storage limits; support content management and collaboration needs. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve moderate to high scope technical problems, including integration of hardware and operating systems. Work with cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements, provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices. Work 24x7 operations; occasionally require work effort beyond standard hours. Travel up to 10% to other U.S. domestic locations as business demands. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years experience. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret – Current clearance prior to start. U.S. citizenship. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and client operating systems. SharePoint administration experience. Experience with VMware vCenter, vSphere, VDI (Horizon), ESX and/or other virtual computing methods. Scripting experience. Experience developing documentation and communicating technical processes. Must obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within 6 months of start. Preferred Qualifications DoDD 8140 / 8570 certification and an Operating System Certification. Containerization technologies: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Tanzu, Rancher. Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps. Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS, DoD/RMF. Windows Server administration. SQL Server administration. Privileged Access Management solutions – Centrify. JBoss, Apache or similar configuration. IT project lifecycle management processes. Supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development. Compensation Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
