Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $18.00/hr
- Swing Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $19.00/hr
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supporting production operations, packaging products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and clean work area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with food production, packaging, labeling, and product handling.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
- Adhere to all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Operate production equipment and tools as trained.
- Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
