What You'll Do

• Grind, sand, polish, and finish stone surfaces to precise specifications
• Shape and refine materials using templates and blueprints
• File and finish detailed, contoured, and irregular stone surfaces
• Load and position materials using hand tools and mechanical lifters
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support additional production tasks as needed

What You Bring

• 1+ year experience in stone fabrication or polishing (preferred)
• Experience with natural stone and engineered quartz is a plus
• Auto detailing experience? Your polishing skills can transfer well here
• Familiarity with grinders, polishers, and fabrication tools
• Ability to read measurements and work with precision
• Experience with hand and power tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift and move materials safely (with assistance as needed)
• Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Work in a production environment
