## Project AccountantApplylocations: Plymouth Meeting, PAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-101083**THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL**Sciens Building Solutions seeks a Project Accountant to join its fun and rapidly growing team. If you have exposure to job costing or Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and are looking for an opportunity that provides growth -- this could be the role for you!**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)*** Review booking documents and set up new projects, change orders, and service agreements accurately and on time in the ERP system.* Process changes in estimates for active projects accurately and on time in the ERP system.* Close out projects in ERP system upon completion.* Assist with preparation and review of WIP analysis after each payroll cycle.* Review and validate monthly charges to active projects and resolve discrepancies.* Enter time charged to jobs from weekly timesheets.* Complete special department projects as directed.* Adhere to all company policies and protocols.* Assist in month end close; other special projects as needed.**WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU*** Up to two years of job costing and/or percentage of completion accounting experience.* Teamwork-oriented.* Must be detail-oriented and able to follow through independently.* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.* Ability to make routine judgments and decisions.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.* Experience with accounting software (MS Dynamics preferred or Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate).* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including ability to construct formulas with accurate syntax, using advanced functions, and pivot tables.* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance preferred.**WHAT WE'RE BRINGING TO THE TABLE*** Competitive salary based on qualifications.* Paid time off plan and holidays.* 401(k) matching.* Short term and long-term disability.* Medical, dental, and vision plans with options.* Life insurance.* Professional career development opportunities.* Tuition reimbursement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
