Family Medicine/ Medical Director with FQHC in Detroit, MI

A nationally recognized & leading community health center in Detroit, Michigan, is searching for a Medical Director. The incoming physician leader will be responsible for coordinating & overseeing all health services provided by the health center, as well as the development of new medical policies/procedures, protocols, and standing orders. Practice Highlight See 6-12 patients per day - other time dedicated to Medical Director role Supervise all physicians and mid-level providers Work directly with two other primary care physicians and an APP Serve as an active member of the Quality Assurance Committee Group is opening a brand-new clinic Base salary in the $250K to $275K Range Excellent benefits with a retirement plan with a $5,000 per year match Prior Administrative experience is a must Community/Location Detroit, aka "Motor City," is Michigan's largest and most populous city.
