Job Details Job Location: San Antonio, TX 78217 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day (approximately 6am-2pm) Job Category: Sales & Marketing Overview Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Sales Director to join the Forest Oak Landing Senior Living community located in San Antonio, TX. Demonstrated success as a leader in similar settings is required. Frontier's mission is to provide an enriched and meaningful experience for our residents, team members, and community partners. Responsibilities Perform facility marketing and sales activities including community events, prospective resident generation, tours, follow-up, and direct sales. Grow the community’s social media presence by ensuring high-quality pictures and engaging stories are posted at least three times a week. Build the community’s digital reputation by requesting positive online reviews from resident families, vendors, and community partners. Monitor sales and other key metrics to ensure maximum results and achieve full facility occupancy. With general guidance from management, develop and implement an annual Marketing Action Plan reviewed quarterly. Participate in community relations and local activities, focusing on clergy, medical, legal, financial, and business entities that influence the senior market. Maintain appropriate contact and develop strong working relationships with local associations and organizations that serve seniors. Prepare and deliver presentations promoting the community as needed. Ensure company profitability by meeting all facility activity and marketing budgets and census guidelines set by the corporation. Develop and implement purposeful, relevant, and innovative in‑house events that generate new traffic to the community. Conduct in‑depth interviews with prospective residents and other necessary parties to determine qualifications for residence. Conduct competition studies to assess strengths, weaknesses, census levels, rental rates, services, department leaders, advertising, menu/food service, activities, and amenities. Manage inventory and distribution of all collateral marketing materials including handouts, postcards, brochures, etc. Identify overall trends in the marketplace that would indicate adjustments to the marketing strategy. Perform additional job duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of outside sales experience; senior living sales experience is a plus. Proven track record of success in senior living sales or a similar industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse individuals and groups. English language skills adequate to communicate with residents and staff and to understand written and verbal instructions. Exceptional customer service orientation focused on resident satisfaction. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. Caring disposition toward the elderly. Active current driver’s license in good standing. Typing skills. Professional, courteous manner and appearance. Exceptional problem‑solving, conflict management, and budgeting skills.
