Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Walsh - State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the ideal customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Benefits

License Reimbursement, Salary Plus Commission, Bonus based on performance, Competitive salary, Flexible schedule, Opportunity for advancement, Paid time off, Training & development

About Our Agency

I graduated from West Chester University and have built a career rooted in family, community, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my family's legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, I've been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and I've enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football. Today, I lead a close-knit team of 4, where we focus on creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment. We're looking for candidates who want to be part of a small but strong team that values relationships, growth, and making an impact both in the office and in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
