Location: Warm Springs, Montana
Work Schedule: 1st Shift (7 AM–7 PM), 2nd Shift (7 PM–7 AM), 3rd Shift (11 PM–7 AM)

Position Summary
The Certified Nurse Assistant provides direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff while supporting treatment plans and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed patients.
- Support activities of daily living.
- Lead educational and recreational activities.
- Escort patients to examinations and treatments.
- Assist with crisis intervention and patient restraints when required.
- Observe patients for injuries or medical concerns.
- Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
- Document behavioral observations and communicate changes to nursing staff.
- Follow facility policies and maintain required certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification.
- Previous psychiatric or behavioral health experience required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work all assigned shifts.
- Ability to safely manage behavioral crises.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous inpatient psychiatric hospital experience.
- Crisis prevention or restraint training.
