About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to lead its commercial furniture manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be tasked with taking over the company from the current owner/operator and driving it towards a significant growth target. This role is pivotal, as the new President will be expected to own the company's P&L, oversee sales and operations strategy, and be instrumental in the development and implementation of plans to achieve a revenue goal of $50M within five years. Key responsibilities also include handling the hiring of senior leadership, such as a CFO, VP of Sales, and Director of HR, to build a strong and capable team. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a proven track record in both operations and sales leadership, with a background in the commercial interiors space. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute and a leader who can inspire and manage a team to meet the company's ambitious growth objectives.
