We’re looking to add several Tier 1-2 Helpdesk Technicians to our managed services team. As one of the leading and fastest-growing managed services providers in Orange and LA Counties, we pride ourselves on being forward-thinking and cyber-focused in everything we do. We seek team members who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to contribute to a dynamic, security-driven environment.

This position will perform the items below-plus many others!

• Interfacing with executive teams and users for technical support
• PC deployments
• Misc level 1 and 2 helpdesk tickets
• Using state of the art MSP tools for systems management
• Personnel onboarding and offboarding

We’re looking for techs with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude—team players who enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful impact.

Ideal candidates have experience at a managed services provider. Office 365 expertise is required. We also welcome helpdesk techs from internal IT departments who are interested in transitioning to the MSP world. Must be open to and available to work after normal business hours on occasion.
