Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
• Comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments and ongoing treatment to students, aligned with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Set measurable goals and document student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student development
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to shape student success strategies
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
