CREDENTIALING Current CV (must be uploaded to bid) License: Active or IMLC DEA Required: Yes Boards: BC only Must be BC in Psychiatry and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry will accept BC Psychology with extensive experience in C/A and/or recently completed C/A fellowship will not accept BC in PED as provider will be seeing adult pts as well. Skills/Certs: Other: ADDITIONAL DETAILS Must be BC in Psychiatry and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry will accept BC Psychiatry with extensive experience in C/A and/or recently completed C/A fellowship will not accept BC in PED as provider will be seeing adult pts as well. Looking for long term Child and Adolescent Psychiatry coverage until a new perm provider has been onboarded. Coverage is hospitalist model, 7 days on/7 days off. Preferred schedule is 8am-5pm inpatient, Call over weekend nights. We can also accommodate a 12 hour schedule if that is the provider preference. This schedule would be 12 hour days M-F (7a-7p) and 10 hours on Sat/Sun (7a-5p) with the call on weekend nights. The unit is 12 beds. Providers must be able to see patients 12 years and older, no peds. the provider has also covered our partial hospital program during the school year - this program has a max of 10 patients.
