Customer Service Representative

3‑Month Contract | Onsite

Location: Westminster, CO

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Pay Rate: $18.75/hour

Role Summary

Support employees from multiple client companies by assisting with backup childcare and in‑home care solutions. Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls to care providers to help employees continue their workday without disruption.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound support calls from employees
• Place outbound calls to childcare centers and in‑home care networks
• Identify care needs and coordinate solutions
• Accurately document call details
• Collaborate with team members and departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in customer service, help desk, or call center
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
• Typing speed 35 WPM+ and solid data entry skills
• Basic Microsoft Outlook and computer proficiency
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly

Nice to Have: Exposure to higher education (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)

This is a Contract position based out of Westminster, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
