What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to support for employees navigating their tuition assistance benefits.

✔️ Assist with login and account access issues

✔️ Guide customers through document submissions and payment processes

✔️ Review requirements and help resolve missing or incorrect information

✔️ Handle policy-based inquiries with confidence and clarity

✔️ Support customers through complex or sensitive situations

✅ What We’re Looking For:

MUST HAVE: ✔️ 1–2+ years of customer service or admin experience

✔️ Comfortable multitasking across systems (CRM, Outlook, etc.)

✔️ Strong attention to detail

✔️ Independent problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to handle escalations and tough conversations

✔️ Understanding that every case matters (this involves real money )

⭐ Backgrounds from banking, healthcare admin, or similar roles are highly preferred!

NICE TO HAVE: College experience or exposure to education/admissions

On-site for first 90 days (training period)

Remote work after meeting performance goals

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
