Experience drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and SaaS agreements. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates able to work EST hours (Central time zone also considered). Key Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and SaaS agreements Building and standardizing contract templates Supporting internal processes Working closely with business stakeholders to ensure contracts are practical and easy to use Eligibility Criteria Qualified candidates should have experience drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements. Candidates with experience supporting nonprofit organizations are strongly preferred.
