Your Impact at SAM The Project Manager will lead and deliver land development projects across a diverse portfolio, including private commercial and residential developments as well as public infrastructure initiatives. This role will oversee projects from concept through construction, with responsibilities spanning site design coordination, drainage studies, permitting, budgeting, and client communication.
