Financial Analyst

Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: Denver, Colorado Type: 7 month Contract Compensation: $52.00 - $54.00 Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Responsibilities Perform high-level financial analysis for a portfolio of projects. Support accrual-based accounting activities. Pull actuals and perform “as-built” financials. Serve as a liaison between project teams and accounting departments (capital asset accounting, business area finance, and corporate accounting). Support project managers (PMs) in financial-related activities. Work with software/hardware teams to support project financial needs. Ensure compliance in a regulated industry. Perform month-end activities. Support a team of 10 Portfolio Coordinators. Work closely with PMs, controllers, and corporate accounting. Requirements 3-5 years of financial analyst experience (3-5 years of financial experience preferred). Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., banking, government). SAP experience. SharePoint experience. Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Strong financial and/or accounting background with ability to perform month-end duties. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer service mindset. Quick learner with aptitude for new tools. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. Degree or working toward a degree in finance/accounting preferred in lieu of experience.
