Quality Control Inspector (Temporary)
Location : Pleasant Prairie, WI — 
Pay : $18 per hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Summary:
Arvato is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our Pleasant Prairie team. In this role, you will conduct quality inspections of materials and processes using measuring and test equipment, determine quality acceptance, and take follow-up actions as required. You will also support the internal audit process, maintain quality records, prepare metrics, and participate in corrective actions programs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections as specified for each customer
• Complete daily process audits and record results in Excel
• Take and store product photographs as required
• Train and perform scheduled quality system audits (ISO9001)
• Use SAP for quality-related tasks
• Follow and update work instructions
• Assist with employee training and root cause analysis for quality issues
• Cross-train in audit processes (including Louisville sites)

Requirements:

• Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in inspection technique
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, SAP)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work long, flexible hours including overtime
• Physically able to bend, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs, traverse stairs, and stand for extended periods
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Must use pallet jack as needed
