Dispatch/Customer Service - Elmsford, NY

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher on behalf of a client in Elmsford, NY. This is a contract opportunity expected to run through the end of the year, with an immediate need and onsite schedule.

The Dispatcher will serve as a critical point of coordination between customers, office staff, and field technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls, prioritizing service requests
• Dispatching technicians, coordinating schedules, responding to emergency situations
• Updating information within company systems, and ensuring accurate communication between all parties

The ideal candidate will have prior dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience.

Requirements include:

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential
• The ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Candidates with experience in dispatch, service coordination, field operations support, transportation, facilities, maintenance, construction, or related industries are encouraged to apply.

This is a fully onsite opportunity in Elmsford, NY with immediate interviewing and onboarding.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
