Description

• Assess patients' needs in various settings, including both inpatient and outpatient environments, while crafting personalized treatment regimes
• Implement physical therapy exercises aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional ability
• Engage collaboratively with nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitative colleagues to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Instruct patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, home exercise plans, and discharge protocols

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
