Sr. Product Manager

Abbott seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of its Infectious Disease diagnostic portfolio. The role combines product strategy, marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and deliver customer value in the global diagnostics market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and global campaign initiatives for Infectious Disease franchise
- Lead franchise strategy, commercialization planning, and long-range growth initiatives independently
- Support product development and launch execution while managing portfolio positioning and roadmap
- Serve as subject matter expert on product claims, competitive positioning, and performance data
- Create sales enablement tools, training materials, and customer communications to support commercial teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years product or brand marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices
- 2+ years in marketing or product management with launch experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing content and communications materials
- Strong presentation, strategic planning, and cross-stakeholder influence skills
- Familiarity with in vitro diagnostic market, core lab practices, and immunoassays
- Willingness to travel globally up to 25% as needed
